How Do You Make Chocolate Pudding Pie?
It was National Pie Day on Jan. 23. Did you make a pie on that day? Here is a simple and easy way to make a chocolate pudding pie. I also get my kids involved in helping making this dessert which is loved by everyone in the family. Gather all the items that you will need first and lay them out on the counter. Mix the chocolate pudding (instant) mix with milk in either a bowl with a whisk or shake in a container with a lid that tightly seals. Take plastic cover off the pre-made pie crust. Then pour pudding mixture into pie crust. Re-cover pie with plastic cover and put in the refrigerator. Cool until pudding is firm. Cut into normal sized pie pieces and serve with a glass of milk and whipped cream or cool whip. NOTE: This recipe can be used with your favorite flavor of pudding.
