How Do You Make Chocolate Dipped Pretzels?
The salty sweet combination of pretzels and chocolate is a delightful taste sensation. Chocolate-dipped pretzels are easy to make following these simple guidelines. Bet you can’t eat just one! Purchase your ingredients. Pretzels can be dipped in white chocolate, milk chocolate, semisweet chocolate or dark chocolate. You will need 1/2 cup of chocolate morsels to make about 20 small chocolate-dipped pretzels. Melt 1/2 cup of chocolate morsels in a microwave oven. The morsels should be placed in a small microwave safe container like a one-cup measuring cup or a custard cup. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir. Microwave again, if necessary, for an additional 20 seconds. Stir each time. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Dip pretzels, one at a time, in melted chocolate. Shake until the excess chocolate drops off, then place on waxed paper. Using a spoon, drizzle any remaining chocolate on uncovered parts of pretzels.
