How Do You Make Chinese Chow-Fen (Stir-Fry Rice) -Basic 3?
Want to show off you Chinese food? Chow Fen is undoubtedly the most popular dish. Take your rice out of the refrigerator, use spoon or chopsticks to loose it a bit. (rice sometimes stick together into a chunk if you leave it in the refrigerator). –see Tips Break 2 eggs into a big bowl, beat with chopsticks or fork until the yolk/white mixed well Heat up 1-2 tsbs of oil over medium-high heat for 1-2 min Add 3 bowls of cold rice, mix it well with oil using the spatula. Let the rice sit for 3-4 min. Pour the eggs onto rice evenly. Mix it immediately until the yellow color of the egg coats on the rice evenly. Add about 1/3 tsp salt, OR, 1 tsb of soy sauce, and mix quickly with the rice/egg. Scoop into bowls and serve. Bon Appetite.
