Making Chili with BBQ sauce, lean beef can be as easy as 1-2-3. Using a Dutch oven with a light coating of olive oil brown your lean beef using between one or two pounds of ground beef depending on your preferences for beef or none at all for non-meat eaters. Mix some of the BBQ sauce with some of the tomato sauce I am using a name brand pasta sauce with mushrooms in it. Time to mix in your sauce, dice tomatoes or whole tomatoes if you prefer using between and sixty ounces of diced. Fold in your sauce/diced tomatoes then let it set for a few minutes before adding the tomato/BBQ sauce mixture.
