Chile Pepper Jelly? Sounds strange I know, but it is delicious! It’s great on everything from hamburgers to crackers with cream cheese to pork (especially pork tenderloin)! So here’s a pretty easy and super tasty recipe for Chile Pepper Jelly! Enjoy! In food processor, combine jalapenos and onion. Pulse until very finely chopped. Place in 5-qt saucepan; add sugar and vinegar. Heat until mixture is fully boiling, stirring to dissolve sugar. Boil 2 minutes Stir in pectin; heat mixture to boiling; boil one minute. Remove pan from heat. With spoon skim and discard foam. Pour jelly into clear jelly jars. Cover. Cool completely. Refrigerate several hours or until set. Store up to 3 months in refrigerator!
