Here’s a great recipe sure to cure your Mexican food cravings. Rich and zesty, full of flavor, you’ll love it from the first bite! Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the chicken and picante sauce. In a 9″x13″ glass casserole dish, spread part of the chicken/picante sauce mixture. In another bowl, combine the chilies, sour cream, and chicken soups. Tear or cut the corn tortillas into strips. Lay part of them over the chicken mixture in the casserole dish. Spread part of the soup mixture over the tortillas in the dish. Cover with part of the cheese. Repeat the layering process once more ending with the shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 35 minutes or until done. Enjoy with your some great sides such as Spanish rice, refried beans, and chips!
