Chicken curry with spinach is similar to a traditional Indian dish called Chicken Saag. It’s a great one dish meal, combining protein and vegetables into one delicious dish. Serve spicy chicken curry and spinach with hot rice or buttered toast. Step 1 Heat the peanut oil in a large skillet or a wok.
