How Do You Make Cheesy Garlic Drop Biscuits?

0

Learn how to make fluffy, tender biscuits that are quick and easy – perfect for a weeknight dinner. They are simple enough for a beginner cook to make, and taste terrific! Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cream of tartar and chives. Using a pastry blender or two knives, cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, and add garlic and buttermilk. Stir until just moistened. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray foil with cooking spray. Drop spoonfuls of dough about the size of an egg on to baking sheet. (You should have 12.) Don’t worry if they are oddly shaped and craggy – that’s what they are supposed to look like! Bake for 10-14 minutes until golden. Let cool on baking sheet for 4 minutes, and serve warm with butter. Enjoy!
