How Do You Make Cheese Cake Bites?
Cheese cake is such a creamy and decadent treat. I love this low fat, single serving version because I can indulge without the guilt. It’s also great for my husband who is diabetic. It’s not to sweet and makes for a healthier version than the usual recipe for cheese cake. Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with cupcake papers. Place a cookie in each cupcake liner. Step 2 In a mixing bowl, beat both cream cheeses with the mixer, until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Add eggs and beat eggs until smooth. Step 3 Pour cheese cake mixture into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes or until centers are almost set. Cool completely and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Step 4 Add a tablespoon of cherry pie filling right before serving.
