Lay the tea towel out flat on your work surface right side up. The long sides should run horizontally. Fold one short end over 7 inches; fold towards the middle of the towel. Fold the other short end over 8 inches so that it overlaps the other end by 1 inch. Press the folds flat to crease. Your piece is now 14 inches x 16 inches. Sew closed each open end. Turn the piece right side out. Push out the corners of the pillowcase. Insert a pillow form, fiberfill material or an old pillow inside the pillowcase through the overlapping edges on the back.
