Tumbled glass, often referred to as “beach glass” is a type of glass that has been artificially or naturally smoothed until there are no remaining sharp edges. This glass is a prized collectors item for many people, but it is also a beautiful decorating item that can contribute a unique, colorful look to a concrete pathway. This is an excellent first cement project if you have not used cement much in the past. Step 1 Dig out the area that you want to use for your walkway. Use the shovel to remove dirt from the area so that you have a flat-bottomed trench where your walkway will be. Make sure to chop off any roots and clear the bottom of the trench so that your walkway will remain level for years to come. Step 2 Set up your wood edging.
