This is a wonderful, traditional Mexican dish anyone can appreciate. It is easy to make and can be enjoyed in a flour tortilla or on a plate. Buy a pound and a half of stew meat and cut into small squares. With the stove on medium-high, brown the meat on all sides. Next add in two cups of water and cover. Bring the stove setting down to medium and let it boil for approx 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes is over, add in 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer. Stir all the seasonings together. Lower the stove setting to low and let it cook another 5 minutes covered. Take the lid off and add in some flour a little at a time, and stir until the flour has disappeared. Repeat this step, add in more flour until you have reached your desired thickness. Serve and enjoy!!
