How Do You Make Caramel Crème Dip?

0

This creamy, indulgent dip will be a hit at your next get-together. Serve with gingersnaps or graham sticks for a yummy fall treat, or with red and green apple wedges to make a beautiful Christmas platter. Gather ingredients. Beat softened cream cheese (at room temperature) and brown sugar until smooth. Add carton of sour cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice, cold milk, and package of powdered vanilla instant pudding mix, beating well after each addition. (Do not prepare the pudding; simply use it in powdered form.) Chill in the fridge at least one hour to thicken to a creamy consistency. Stir lightly to fluff, just before serving. Serve as a dip for sliced apples, bananas, strawberries, graham crackers or graham sticks (chocolate, cinnamon, or regular), gingersnaps or vanilla wafers. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon, if desired, for presentation. –BEWARE! Kids love this smooth and creamy dip, and it may encourage them to eat more fruit . . . Proceed with caution!
