The melts look like oversized chocolate chips and come in many different colors. Wash the plastic candy head mold and make sure to get it completely dry. Make space in the refrigerator so that you can place the filled mold in flat after you pour the chocolate in. Melt the chocolate melts in the top of a double boiler over simmering water in the bottom pot. Stir the chocolate to keep it from sticking to the bottom of the saucepan or burning.
