How Do You Make Cake Fondant?
The fastest and easiest way to make fondant for your next home made cake creation! Step 1 In Large Microwavable bowl, pour your marshmallows in with your 2tbsp of water. Then microwave for 4 min or until the marshmallows start to rise. Remove from microwave. Step 2 Pour in your 1tsp of Vanilla extract. Rub vegetable shortening on your hands to prevent the fondant from sticking to you. Add 1cup of the confectioners sugar to the marshmallows and stir til the sugar is obsorbed. Then add another cup and repeat. Step 3 Sprinkle another cup of the sugar on to a clean surface, scoop out the fondant from your bowl onto the surface. With your hands work the sugar in till it’s good and dough like. Step 4 When your fondant has take the look of bread dough wrap it in seran wrap and let it cool for approx 30 minutes. After that roll it out and it’s ready for use!
