Make this easy tofu stir fry recipe for your family anytime. The combination of healthy cabbage and low cholesterol tofu, makes this a high protein, low calorie treat. To begin, in a large wok or heavy cast iron skillet, heat olive or sesame oil. Oil needs to be hot enough to cook vegetables, but not so hot that it is smoking. Gently, add finely chopped cabbage, finely shredded carrot, and fresh bean sprouts. Use a wooden or metal utensil to gently toss vegetables. Continue to toss and cook vegetables for about two minutes. Next, stir in 1/8 cup soy sauce, firm tofu cubes, and garlic powder.
