Make your own rich, buttermilk dough in the bread machine, then roll into a clover-leaf shape, let rise, and you’ll have some of the best fresh dinner rolls you can imagine. This is a favorite recipe at our house for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner, just the time you want to go the extra mile with the dinner rolls you serve. Place all ingredients in your bread machine’s bread pan, select the dough setting and press start. When dough cycle is complete, remove dough from pan. Turn out onto a lightly-floured cutting board. Lightly grease 9 cups of a 12-cup muffin tin. Dip hands in flour. Pinch dough into small balls and roll in your hands to make them uniform.
