I am always looking for a recipe that is healthy. Bulgur Wheat flour is fast-cooking form of whole wheat that’s been cleaned, parboiled, dried, ground and sifted. Bulgur wheat is high in fiber and has a nice flavor. It’s grain comes in different sizes (depends on what your taste is as to which grain size you like). I don’t like the grain too refined. This recipe is for a chilled salad and I love to eat it for lunch. It is even tastier with fresh vegetables. Try this as a side dish at pot lucks or take it to work as part of your lunch.
