How Do You Make Buffalo Chicken Chili?
Buffalo Chicken Chili is an awesome dish to make for parties, my favorite party to make this dish for is Superbowl, It was a BIG hit at my party. I made this recipe out of a couple different recipes I saw on Rachel Ray. Dice your boneless, skinless chicken breasts into small bite sized peices then on medium heat brown your chicken in a skillet, but don’t cook all the way through. dice your carrots, celery and onion into small bite sized pieces. Add chicken pieces, celery, carrots, and onion to your crock pot (high heat takes about 4 through 5 hours to cook, low heat takes about 8 through 9) Mix in your franks red hot buffalo sauce and approximately 1-2 cups of chicken stock (how much or how little determines the thickness of the chili) Serve with a dollop of sour cream or ranch and add oyster crackers if desired. ENJOY!!! Everyone will surely Love this dish, if they are a fan of buffalo chicken wings or other chicken in buffalo sauce.
