Measure out 11 cups of room-temperature or lukewarm water, pouring them into the milk jug as you go along. Add 4 cups of liquid dishwashing detergent to the water in the milk jug. Add 1 cup of corn syrup to the detergent/water mixture. Place the lid back on the jug, and gently shake and swirl the liquid around to mix it. For best results, do not shake vigorously enough to create a lot of foam.
