How Do You Make Brownie Mix Cookies?
Brownie mix cookies are an easy and fun recipe the whole family can make. I love to make brownie mix cookies when I am out of vegetable oil, which most traditional brownies call for. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pour the brownie mix into a large mixing bowl. Crack one large egg into the bowl. Add one stick of room temperature butter, which is easier to combine into the brownie mix. Stir with a large wooden spoon. The dough will be thick. Place 1-inch balls of the chocolate dough on your cookie sheet. Space each one about three inches apart. Bake for 11 minutes if you prefer soft cookies. Bake an additional minute for crunchier cookies. Remove the cookies from the oven. Allow them to cool for about 10 minutes, and then serve.
