How Do You Make Blinkies On Animation Shop 3?

Blinkies are graphics on websites that appear to have glittering lights around the border, much like the marquee of a theater. If you would like to create your own blinkies, you can do so with Paint Shop Pro and its associated animation software, Animation Shop 3. Step 1 Open a new file in Paint Shop Pro. To open a file, go to the “File” menu and select “New.” The image can be any size that you would like for it to be. Step 2 Add dots around the border of the image. Click on the “Paint Brush” and, when the paint brush tools appear beneath the menu bar, set the size of the brush to 1 pixel. Select light gray from the color palette. Place a light gray dot in the first pixel of the image, skip two pixels and place another light gray dot. Do this all the way around the image, so that every third pixel is light gray. Step 3 Change your color to dark gray and add dark gray dots directly next to the light gray dots. When you are finished, your entire border should have a pattern of one light
