How Do You Make Biscuits & Sausage Gravy?

Melt in your mouth Biscuits & Sausage Gravy! This is some melt in your mouth Biscuits & gravy!! You can make any kind of biscuits that you like. My favorite is those flaky buttermilk. Weather you make them from scratch or the refridgerator ones, whatever you prefer. First brown your sausage until you see no more pink. Crumbling as you go. You can add an onion if you like. Then turn to medium heat and start adding your flour one tblspn. at a time. Stir constantly. Let the flour turn brown before adding another one, making a paste. If you dont, your gravy will taste like flour. Slowly add milk, still stirring constantly. Simmer. If your gravy is too thick add a little bit more milk. If it is too thin add a little bit more flour. You can also put a fried egg on top if you like.
