Prepare your ingredients. 1/2 to 1 pound beef, 1-2 carrots, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 1 hot pepper, 1 green onion, 1/4-1/2 pound snap peas, garlic, teriyaki, soy sauce and any other spices you would like. First, heat up the wok to medium-high heat with some oil and add sliced beef strips and cook thoroughly, about 10 minutes. In seperate pot, boil water and add in egg or rice noodles. The preference is yours. Boil noodles until done. Usually about 10 minutes. After the beef is well cooked, turn down the heat and you will add in the chopped vegetables, teriyaki sauce, garlic and any other spices you would like. Cook the contents on medium-low for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add any additional flavors or spices that you desire and serve.
