Cut several strips of yellow felt 2 inches wide by the width of the felt yardage. The amount and lengths will be determined by the size of the sweatshirt. Note: If you are using a really small child’s sweatshirt, you may want to cut 1-1/2 inch wide strips. Lay the sweatshirt on your work surface with the back side up.
