Wire-wrapped bead rings are quick and easy to make. These rings allow you to express yourself creatively and to use unusual, larger beads in interesting ways. With a few basic tools you can make rings that you will enjoy wearing and sharing with your friends as special gifts. Cut 12 inches of silver jewelry wire with wire cutters. Wrap the wire twice around a ring mandrel at the correct ring size. Leave the tails long. Bend the tails away from the mandrel sharply. If you are using a thick wire, you may want to use needle-nose pliers. Slide a large bead onto both of the tail wires, pressing it snug to the mandrel. Bend both wire tails flush with the bead. Curl one tail to make a small wire circle covering the bead hole. Curl the second tail against the first wire curl. Press the wire down as you slowly spiral both wires over the top of the bead.
