When I was a little girl, I loved dolls. One year, when we were staying at the beach, I put some change in a vending machine filled with cheap toys. Each toy was encased in a plastic bubble. My prize was an itsy bitsy milkshake glass, a perfect size for Barbie. I imagine an adult would have thought the item silly, but for me, a little girl at the time, I couldn’t wait to get home to play with my Barbie dolls. If there is a child in your life who loves playing with Barbie, consider making some Barbie accessories. Those little extra items add much to playtime. Many of the following items are very tiny, and not appropriate for very young children. Collect some interesting glass beads. If you stack three beads, one atop another, you can create a perfume bottle for Barbie’s dressing table.
