How Do You Make Barbeque Chicken Nachos?
Barbeque Chicken Nachos are popping up on menus across the country. If you’ve had them, there’s no doubt you love them. Here’s a quick and easy recipe that will allow you to recreate this delicious dish in your own kitchen. In a large bowl, combine raw chicken breasts, salt, pepper, and one cup of marinade. Cover the bowl and allow it to sit for 30 minutes. When the chicken has marinated for 30 minutes, place it in a casserole dish, cover it, and bake it at 300 degrees for 35 minutes, or until it has cooked all the way through. Once the chicken is done, drain all of the juices from the pan. Use two forks as tools to shred the hot, tender chicken. Once the chicken is shredded, add enough barbeque sauce to coat the chicken. Mix well. Then, cover the shredded barbeque chicken and set it aside. Open the can of corn and drain completely. Open the can of black beans, empty them into a callendar, and rinse them with cold water until the water coming through the bottom of it is running clear.
