How Do You Make Barbecued Pulled Pork ~ Crock Pot Recipe?
My family loves barbecued pulled pork! This is a quick recipe for moms on the go, and great for the little ones that doesn’t like “CHUNKS” of onions. No more picking pieces of onions out of barbecue sandwiches! Place the pork roast in your slow cooker, and then add enough water in the crock pot to cover the pork. Cover the Crock Pot with lid, place on the high setting and let it cook for five to six hours. Very carefully drain the cooking liquid from the slow cooker. Shred the pork into small bite sized pieces. This can easily be done by using two forks to separate the meat. Add a full bottle of barbecue sauce (14 – 18 ounces), and onion powder to the pulled pork. Stir, replace the lid, and cook for an additional hour on the high setting. Let the pork cool and serve on buns.
