Here is an easy recipe for Banana Bunuelos. Mix the milk, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Beat them until they are fully incorporated. Add flour slowly to the mixture, whisking any lumps away. Keep mixing in the flour until you get a smooth consistency. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until you form soft peaks and then fold into the flour mixture, slowly, until fully mixed. Cut banana into thin slices and fold into mixture.
