How Do You Make Balsamic Chicken Kabobs?
A grilled kabob is a great way to feed people at a party. Luckily, you can grill out no matter the season. The following recipe will not only make your guests think you are a world-class chef, but will have them begging you for more. The recipe takes about 20 minutes to prepare, 30 minutes to marinate, 6 to 8 minutes to grill and serves 4 to 6 people. Clean and quarter mushrooms. Seed peppers and cut into thick slices. Cut onions into 2 inch sections with layers separated. Cut chicken into medium sized chunks. Place all vegetables and chicken in one or multiple gallon-sized resealable plastic bags. Combine the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Stir quickly until well combined. Pour marinade into bag or bags of vegetables and chicken. Refrigerate for 30 to 40 minutes, flipping bag or bags halfway through. Preheat grill to medium heat while food is marinating. Thread marinated pieces onto skewers, alternating between foods.
