Grab the green 260Q balloon; inflate the balloon with a pump, and leave 6 inches of un-inflated balloon at the end. The 260Q balloon is a long balloon specifically designed for making balloon animals and can be found in most craft and party stores. After pumping, tie a knot in the end of the balloon. Grasp the balloon in your non-dominant hand near the knotted end. With your dominant hand twist the balloon 2 inches from the knot.
