I always loved bakery brownies. I loved how they never crumbled and were rich and moist. After some experimentation, I came up with a quick recipe that tastes just like you bought them from a bakery. Step 1 Blend 3 eggs and coffee in a bowl. Step 2 Add brownie mix, flour and Ovaltine. Step 3 Blend until smooth. Step 4 Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Step 5 Cool, ice and enjoy.
