How Do You Make Baked Spaghetti Pie?
This recipe is for an ooey, gooey, creamy, and easy to make baked spaghetti pie that will please any group. It is an ultimate comfort food, but pretty enough for a party! While it takes an hour to bake, the working time is about twenty minutes. Prepare the spaghetti according to package directions and let it cool for ten minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie pan. In a medium bowl, mix the ricotta, asiago, and parmesan cheeses with 1 egg, garlic, and the Italian seasoning. In a separate bowl, whisk 2 eggs together and toss with the spaghetti. In a greased pie plate, press the spaghetti into the bottom and up the sides to form the crust, then add the ricotta cheese filling. Pour the jar of sauce over it and top with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 10 minutes so the cheese gets brown and bubbly. Let stand ten minutes before slicing.
