How Do You Make Baked Chicken And Rice Casserole?
Enjoy one of my family’s favorite recipes! This recipe along with many others located under my avatar were first produced and used frequently by my grandparents and their parents. I wanted to pass on the recipes so that your family can enjoy them like I have over the years. Place chicken on top of rice. Sprinkle 1 package of onion soup mix over chicken. Pour over 1 can of cream of mushroom (or celery). Dilute soup with 2 cans of water. Substitute wine for some water if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for an additional hour.
