How Do You Make Baileys Marble Cheesecake?

0

This marbled cheesecake is made even more wonderful with a hint of Bailey’s Irish Cream! You can use a store bought chocolate pie crust or make one by following these easy directions: Combine 1 1/5 cups chocolate wafer crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 cup butter. Press the mix into a pie pan. Beat cream cheese until it forms a smooth consistency. Gradually mix sugar into cream cheese. Add the eggs to the mix one at a time, blending thoroughly. Blend the Bailey’s Irish Cream into the mix. Pour 1/3 of the mix into a separate bowl and mix in the 2oz of melted chocolate. Pour the plain mix into the pan. Add the chocolate by the spoonful in various places. Create the marble swirls by pulling a butter knife or toothpick through the mix. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 250 degrees for about 55 minutes. Cool before serving.
