How Do You Make Awesome Cinnamon Rolls Using The Bread Machine?
Through trial and error, we’ve refined and combined many cinnamon roll recipes. We think these are the best. They are a favorite with our family. Place the dough ingredients in the bread machine in the order listed and start the dough cycle. After dough cycle is complete, remove from machine and roll out to approximately 18″x10″ on a lightly floured surface. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Spread softened butter over dough. Evenly sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the top keeping it about 1/2″ from the edges. From the long end, roll tightly. Pinch the ends closed when finished rolling. Slice rolled dough into ½” slices or larger if desired. We think the ½” rolls bake and taste best (nice balance of flavor). Place onto greased cake pans or a cookie sheet (we prefer the cookie sheet). If using cake pans, use three 9″ pans. Leave space between the rolls (we normally place six rolls per sheet).
