How Do You Make Authentic Homemade German Chicken Broth?
Germany is a country of soups and broth – but homemade! A typical Sunday lunch would start with one of these soups. Chicken broth is one of my favorites and if we would live in a land like Desperaux lived, this soup would win for sure a prize! So this a good old German recipe in a modern world! Wash the chicken and dry it with a paper towel. Put the chicken in a pot and cover it with cold water and bring it to a boil. Add celery greens and 3 slices of celery root, laurel leaves.
