How Do You Make Asian Spicy Orange Chicken And Sauce?

0

This is my version of Asian spicy orange chicken and sauce. I’ve added more spiciness, orange and ginger to enhance the taste. Fun to make and rather enjoyable to eat. Asian spicy orange chicken and sauce adds to a special dinner with rice, your favorite steamed vegetables and egg rolls. This recipe is for two servings. Enjoy! Mix marinade ingredients, pour into a large resealable bag and add one inch cubed chicken meat. Refrigerate 2 or more hours, shake it up occasionally. Save marinade and put chicken cubes in resealable bag of flour mixture. (Optional: Place chicken in egg wash then again into flour mix in resealable bag). Shake up to completely cover chicken. Place flour coated chicken in 375 degree cooking oil for 5 minutes or until golden. Set aside on paper towels to absorb oils. Pour marinade into a large skillet, add other ingredients and cook until it nicely thickens. Add chicken and cook for one minute. Serve while hot with extra sauce on the side.
