Are you looking for new ways to enjoy ramen? There is no college student, poor bachelor, or struggling adult who has not eaten ramen during tough times. That doesn’t mean that it has to be eaten exclusively when money is tight. There are few foods that are cheaper and more versatile. Using a few simple ingredients, you can turn these humble noodles into a delicious Asian-inspired meal. Bring one half gallon of water to a boil in a large pot. Cook your ramen noodles per package and instructions, but do not add the seasoning packets. Set these aside for use in the dressing later. Drain noodles thoroughly and set aside. They will need to cool a bit before adding to the dressing.
