Here is an easy & delicious recipe for Asian Cole Slaw or Oriental Salad that I got from my friend, Lisa several years ago. It’s good all by itself or as a side. You can even throw in some chicken breast for a complete meal. Enjoy! In a big tupperware bowl, mix the coleslaw, scallions and crushed Ramen Noodles. (The Chicken Flavor Packet will be used for the Dressing, so set that aside). To crush the noodles, I open the bag on one side and slide out the chicken flavoring. Then, I hold the bag closed on that end and used the back of a butter knife to bang on the bag, until the noodles are crushed. Cover the coleslaw mixture and refrigerate. Dressing: Mix the canola oil, sugar, rice vinegar, chicken flavor packet from noodles & a splash of soy sauce in a small Tupperware bowl and refrigerate. Mix dressing and refrigerate Toast the slivered almonds & sesame seeds, either in a pan on the stove for a few minutes, or on a cookie sheet in an oven at 350 for a few minutes. Toss all ingredients
