Adobe InDesign is a powerful desktop publishing application. It has many options for drawing lines on a page, and it has many options for putting arrows at the end of those lines. This feature makes manually creating arrows, which can be a frustrating process, unnecessary. Start Adobe InDesign and open or create a new document. Select “Window” > “Stroke” or hit F10 on the keyboard to open the Stroke Palette. Select an arrowhead type from the “Start” drop-down menu in the Stroke Palette. This creates an arrowhead where the line starts. Select an arrowhead type from the “End” drop-down menu in the Stroke Palette. This creates an arrowhead where the line ends.
