How Do You Make Apricot Coffee Cake?
Apricot Coffee Cake is great to serve to your friends or loved ones. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl combine egg whites, yogurt, juice concentrate and water. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients and apricots. Add liquids and mix just until moistened. Spray one 9 inch square baking dish with vegetable coating spray. Pour in batter. Bake 45 minutes. Combine the reserved 1 tablespoon juice concentrate with water, nonfat dry milk and connamon. Drizzle mixture over the warm coffee cake.
