How Do You Make Apricot And Lemon Lip Balm?

0

Apricot and lemon lip balm smells terrific, and it can protect your lips from damaging heat, wind and cold. This soothing and moisturizing balm for chapped lips is easy to make at home with utensils you probably own already. Put 1 tsp. of beeswax in a heatproof glass measuring cup and set it in a small saucepan full of boiling water. Warm the beeswax just until it melts. Stir in 1 tsp. of apricot oil and 1 tsp. of calendula essential oil and mix well, until the apricot oil and calendula oil are completely blended with the beeswax Remove the glass measuring cup from the heat and continue to stir occasionally until the mixture cools. Add 3 drops of lemon essential oil and 2 drops of orange essential oil to the cooled mixture. Pour the apricot and lemon lip balm into a 1-oz. glass lip gloss jar, and attach the lid securely.
