How Do You Make Applesauce Chocolate Chip Cookies?
• Preheat your oven to 375. • Put inn a medium bowl combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix ingredients and set aside. • Use a large bowl and combine applesauce and soda, mix well. • Add the dry ingredients in the medium bowl and mix thoroughly. • Add in the shortening and make sure to beat well. Mix in the eggs and vanilla; continue to beat well until eggs and vanilla blend with ingredients. • Add the flour slowly mixing well, add the chocolate chips. • Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. • Bake for 11-12 minutes, place unto cool rack for 5 min. Eat and enjoy.
