How Do You Make Apple And Cinnamon Air Fresheners?
Make your own homemade, environmentally safe air fresheners. They are a refreshing, all natural blend of apple and cinnamon that everyone will enjoy. You can hang them in your office, car, closet, pantry, or just about anywhere. Homemade air fresheners make great stocking stuffers or package toppers. Mix together equal parts of cinnamon and applesauce. Continue mixing with your hands creating a moist dough ball. If the dough seems a little to moist to roll, add a small amount of cinnamon working it into the dough. Place the dough ball on your pastry board. Use your rolling pin to roll the dough out into a pie shaped circle about 1/4 inch thick. Cut each air freshener with your favorite cookie cutters. Punch a small hole in each of the fresheners. Make sure the hole is large enough to fit a thin ribbon or yarn. Place the air fresheners on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake on middle rack at 325 degrees F until the dough becomes firm.
