Mark a semicircle on the cloth. Cut a string to the length of the table’s radius plus 15 inches for the drop. Tie a marker to the end, and hold the middle of one edge of the table cloth. Swing the marker from one edge to the other by marking on the underside of the oilcloth. Repeat this step on a second piece of oilcloth. Make scallop edging along the tablecloth bottom.
