You don’t have to be a skilled ice craftsman to create a beautiful ice centerpiece for wine. With a few household supplies and some decorative items (pine cones for this particular project), you can make a charming ice centerpiece that holds two bottles of wine. No need to purchase a fancy ice bucket to keep your wine chilled. Make your own wine holder centerpiece inexpensively and in just a few easy steps. Stand two empty mayonnaise jars in the center of a plastic shoe box, about three inches apart from each other. Fill the plastic shoe box with pine cones. To create variation, place some of the pine cones on their sides, some diagonal and others standing straight up. Do not put pine cones inside the mayonnaise jars.
