Step 1 Gather some friends together and begin cutting snow blocks. Make sure each snow block is made of tightly compacted snow. The tighter the snow is packed, the stronger and more weather-proof the house will be will be. Step 2 Place your first line of blocks in a circular pattern. Don’t forget to make a small tunnel to enter the snow house. Make sure the tunnel extends out a few feet to eliminate wind whistling in through your entrance. Step 3 Continue cutting and placing snow blocks on top of and slightly inside the row below it until you form the traditional domed snow house.
