This marinade recipe gives chicken a delicious and unique flavor. Perfect for grilled chicken breasts and thigh meat. In a mixing bowl combine 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of Old Bay Seasoning, 2 teaspoons parsley flakes, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and a half teaspoon onion powder and 1/8 cup Italian Dressing. Squeeze 4 tablespoons of fresh lime juice in to the above mixture, set aside about 1/8 cup for basting if you are grilling. Add two pounds of boneless chicken breast into a heavy zip lock bag and pour in marinade. Set in the refrigerator for half an hour and grill on the BBQ or broil in oven.
